The talisman is triggered as a Free Action releasing the magic and has charges.

How many charges? Suggest Spirit (passive) of the bearer.

Recharging the talisman requires the sacrifice of one Destiny.

Should be more specific. Can any Mage now charge a Talisman? Previously only Enchanters could.
